What to know for your tour:
How long is the tour?
Approximately 1.5 - 2 Hours. Due to the nature of the tour, it may take longer or shorter depending on the games we play, and how many people play them. The walking path will be approximately one mile long, and there will most often be a few benches to sit in at our stops for those that need it.
Is this tour for kids?
This tour is not for kids. But it is kid friendly! Though, we must warn that there are many dark pages in Savannah's past. It isn't all doom and gloom, but if you aren't comfortable with your child hearing about war, disease, slavery, suicide, murder, and death, then this tour (either History or Ghost) is not for your child. Children ages 0-4 are free, however will mostly not be able to participate in our games. Should there be no children present, we may take a vote to unlock more adult content and vocabulary.
Can I bring my dog?
They're welcome as long as they aren't disruptive and they don't bite! This is also our policy for children. And adults.
What's the rain policy?
Due to the nature of our tour, we have a very low tolerance for rain. This is for the safety of our props, as well as your safety during any physically active game. In the event of anything more than a slight drizzle, we will have to cancel our tour, and you will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
Do you accept Walk-Ups?
We accept walk-ups IF we already have a tour scheduled, and we are not already at capacity (Max 20 people). If we do not already have a tour scheduled, we will not be in the square in the first place to meet you. So, we recommend booking your tour in advance, otherwise it will be a gamble if we will be there and have space for you.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, your ears, water, walking shoes, and your willingness to be a little silly! Alcohol optional. Also, your understanding that some of the choices in this 'Choose-Your-Own-Adventure' will be made via popular vote, so you may not always get your way. Democracy is a harsh mistress.
What is the late policy?
We will wait for 10 minutes past our scheduled start for everyone who booked to arrive if they have not done so. After that, will we begin the tour. Though, you're welcome to join us later. (But you'll have to track us down!) We recommend giving yourself ample time to find parking before coming, as the streets can often be crowded. No Call-No Shows will not be refunded. Once the tour begins, we will be unable to answer calls.
Can I do the tour multiple times?
Of course! Since no two tours will be exactly alike, why not come twice? Returning customers will also get a discount! (33% In fact!). That way you can explore the different options you missed!
Can I book a private tour?
Yes! Though you must schedule in advance through our Contact page.
Where does the tour start? Where does it end?
The tour will begin in Wright Square, and it will end in Monterey Square. Though, the stops in between will be different every time! See our map below for the location of Wright Square. Look for the Buffoonigan with the cart, and that's who to talk to for your tour!
